At first glance it would appear that Boise real estate is slowing with only 785 homes sold during November 2016. Comparing that to the 985 homes that sold in October 2016, that’s a steep decrease. Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – October 2016

Boise’s real estate market is continuing to soar with 985 homes sold in October compared to 926 homes sold last year. New construction is still strong with 245 new construction homes sold during October. Days on market continues to be low.

Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – September 2016

Boise real estate is still booming with 1093 homes sold in September 2016. This number covers all of Ada county including the cities of Meridian, Kuna, Eagle and Star. New construction is still strong with 243 homes sold. Days on Market number continues to be low.

Homes Sold – 59 (3 of which were new construction)
Median List Price – $349,900
Median Sales Price – $349,000

Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – August 2016

Boise real estate sales continue to be strong with 1129 homes sold in Ada County during August 2016. That’s down some from July when 1151 homes sold but it’s up from last year when 1103 homes sold. Days on Market continue to be low but I suspect that as the price of the home increases, so does the number of days on market.

Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2016

Another strong month of homes sales in the Boise area with 1151 homes sold. That’s down from last month but still up slightly year over year. New construction closings were down significantly during July but that could be just a timing issue – next month will tell the story. Days on market continue to be very low in all areas. Short sales and foreclosures continue to be a non-issue for the market.

Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – June 2016

Another strong month of Boise real estate sales with 1277 homes sold during the month of June. That up from 1137 last month and up almost 23% over June of 2015. Number of homes sold was up in almost every area in Ada County. Days on Market continues to be very low and prices are still increasing.
