Boise Real Estate Sales – June 2011

Boise real estate is continuing to move with 617 homes sold in the month of June 2011. That slightly above the total sales for May 2011 and slightly below the number of homes sold in June 2010 with big jumps in the number of sales in North, Northeast and West Boise. And again this month the number of active listings dropped – from 2655 in May to 2597 this month. As the inventory numbers continue to drop, we should see a rebound in home pricing.

Boise Real Estate Sales – May 2011

Homes are continuing to sell in the Ada County market. In May, 592 homes sold, down slightly from 2010 when 623 homes sold. The most telling number though is the number of active listings — 2655 in April 2011 compared to 3202 homes in April 2010.
