Boise ID Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2017

As expected and normal, Boise real estate sales were lower than last month with 1188 homes sold during the month of July 2017. That compared to July of last year when 1151 homes sold. Of those sold this year, 246 homes were new construction compared to last year when 204 new construction homes were built.
The days on market number continues to remain low so expect the prices to continue to increase.
Another interesting statistic is the number of homes listed during the month of July 2017 – 1455 homes. Of these, 614 homes are still actively being marketed, 649 homes are pending and 119 homes have already sold and closed. The remaining listings were either expired or withdrawn from the market.
