Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – June 2017

Boise real estate sales continue to heat up. In June 2017, 1335 sold – 325 of which are new construction. That’s up over June 2016 when 1277 homes sold. New construction seems to be continuing its path with new subdivisions coming on line quickly. Prices continue to increase, Days on Market continues to be single digit.

North Boise

  • Homes Sold – 64 (14 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $389,625
  • Median Sales Price – $399,715

Northeast Boise

  • Homes Sold – 48 (19 of which were new construction)
