Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – May 2017

Summer is here and although it still feels like spring, Boise real estate sales are hot! Every area had an increase in number of homes sold. And almost all areas have single digit Median Days on Market. The days of multiple offers and homes selling in a single day are back (actually have been for a while). It really is a seller’s market in the Boise area. New construction continues to do very well – most builders are overwhelmed with the number of build jobs they have in the works.

Home sales were down slightly year over year: 1100 homes sold in 2017 vs 1137 in 2016 but up month over month with 945 homes sold in April 2017.
