Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – April 2017

Another good month of Boise real estate sales with 945 homes sold in April 2017. That’s up from March 2017 by 35 homes and up year over year 75 homes from April 2016. The most telling statistic is Median Days on Market. All area of Boise are single digit which tells me that we’re still having a serious shortage of homes for sale. I expect new construction to continue to do well throughout the summer and into next year.

North Boise

  • Homes Sold – 35 (1 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $339,000
  • Median Sales Price – $339,000

Northeast Boise

  • Homes Sold – 38 (15 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $396,500

  • Median days on market – 5 days

Southeast Boise

  • Homes Sold – 68 (3 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $254,450
  • Median Sales Price – $257,000

  • Homes Sold – 64 (0 of which were new construction)
