Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – February 2017

Homes sales in the Boise area are down again this month with 589 homes sold in February 2017. Can’t blame it on the weather this month but lack of inventory of existing homes continues to be a problem. Home prices are continuing their upward trend.

Here’s the breakdown for the various areas:

North Boise

  • Homes Sold – 28 (2 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $387,950
  • Median Sales Price – $385,500
  • Median days on market – 8 days

Northeast Boise

  • Homes Sold – 22 (16 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $412,550
  • Median Sales Price – $410,250
  • Median days on market – 28 days

Southeast Boise

  • Homes Sold – 40 (2 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $237,000
  • Median Sales Price – $237,000
  • Median days on market – 28 days

Bench

  • Homes Sold – 45 (3 of which were new construction)
  • Median List Price – $190,000
  • Median Sales Price – $188,000

South Boise

  • Homes Sold – 16 (1 of which was new construction)
