Boise Real Estate Sales Statistics – December 2016

Another solid month for Boise real estate sales with 901 homes sold during the month of December 2016. That’s up from 725 homes sold in November and 863 homes sold in December 2015. The number of new construction homes sold was up substantially in all areas. That could be due to the lack of existing homes available for sale.
