Another banner month of home sales in Ada County including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star and Kuna. In June, 630 homes sold, an increase of over 10% in sales from June 2009. Of those sold, 484 were existing homes and 146 were new construction.
Another encouraging number – days on market (the # of days a home is on the market before the seller accepts an offer) is down from 83 days to 81 days.

North – 25 homes with a median price of $307,500
Northeast – 10 homes with a median price of $266,,147
Southeast – 34 homes with a median price of $205,000
Bench – 31 homes with a median price of $105,700
South – 12 homes with a median price of $159,096
Southwest – 77 homes with a median price of $153,900
West – 34 homes with a median price of $128,500
West/Garden City – 75 homes with a median price of $136,205
Garden City – 4 homes with a median price of $126,077
Northwest – 40 homes with a median price of $160,000
Meridian
SE Meridian – 25 homes with a median price of $215,000
SW Meridian – 5 homes with a median price of $273,000
NE Meridian – 50 homes with a median price of $205,000
NW Meridian – 96 homes with a median price of $164,500
Eagle – 35 homes with a median price of $289,000
Star – 27 homes with a median price of $143,000
Kuna – 50 homes with a median price of $126,500
