Good news all around for real estate sales in the Boise area. The total number of single family homes sold in Ada County was 567 homes up from 374 homes in March of 2009. Year over year the numbers look good also – 886 sold year-to-date in 2009 vs. 1201 sold year-to-date in 2010.
Active residential listings were down from 3852 homes for sale in March 2009 to 3102 in March 2010. Days on Market improved from 101 days last year to 93 days this year.

Northeast – 14 homes with a median price of $295,000
Southeast – 40 homes with a median price of $179,900
Bench – 31 homes with a median price of $120,000
South – 15 homes with a median price of $142,000
Southwest – 52 homes with a median price of $151,500
West – 24 homes with a median price of $128,500
West/Garden City – 56 homes with a median price of $137,900
Garden City – 0 homes with a median price of $0
Northwest – 39 homes with a median price of $159,900
Meridian
SE Meridian – 23 homes with a median price of $161,400
SW Meridian – 10 homes with a median price of $220,000
NE Meridian – 51 homes with a median price of $169,000
NW Meridian – 91 homes with a median price of $158,000
Eagle – 35 homes with a median price of $340,000
Star – 17 homes with a median price of $187,500
Kuna – 38 homes with a median price of $111,100
