Preliminary number of homes sold in the Boise area – March 2009

In the Boise Metro Area, 546 homes sold. Of these, 176 were bank owned. Here’s the breakdown:

• Boise – 212 of which 48 were foreclosures
• Star – 11 of which 7 were foreclosures
• Meridian – 112 of which 42 were foreclosures
• Kuna – 24 of which 6 were foreclosures
• Nampa – 88 of which 44 were foreclosures
• Caldwell – 55 of which 24 were foreclosures
• Middleton – 12 of which 5 were foreclosures
