The term “short sale” means that the lender on the property is willing to accept less than what is owed on the property to avoid foreclosure. However, that doesn’t mean that you can offer a ridiculously low price and the lender is going on accept it. But a reasonable offer together with reasonable terms will be taken seriously.

Currently, short sale homes in all price ranges are available in the Boise area. From a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1125 square foot home in Canyon County priced at $111,900. to a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 5977 square foot home in Hidden Springs priced at $1,250,000. (including over an acre of land).
